Bomb in the elevator, shooting and excrement: when revenge on neighbors is not so “sweet” (10 photos + 3 videos)

Neighborhood disputes occur in almost every home. However, recently, nervousness against the backdrop of the pandemic has increased noticeably. And this can be seen from the severity of revenge against neighbors.





Early last week in Irkutsk, a 50-year-old electrician decided to get even with his neighbor for making too noisy repairs. But he did it as harshly as possible - by planting an improvised explosive device in the elevator.



According to information from the Internet, he put it in a bag and left it in the cabin. After the man looked into it, there was, as it is fashionable to say in the media, a “pop.”





Fortunately, the elevator did not fall due to detonation, and the brakes worked reliably. But the neighbor still blew himself up and ended up in the hospital with various injuries.



It is clear that protracted repairs will drain anyone’s brains, but blowing up an elevator is a dubious idea. What if someone else got into the bag? In any case, it is hardly possible to escape criminal liability here.

The most interesting thing is that over the past week this is not the only case of struggle with neighbors that goes beyond the law. First, on December 2, in Kuzbass, a man, out of revenge, stole the speaker system of a resident behind the wall and managed to sell it.



The next day, already in Barnaul, a man “in a mood” threatened to blow up a house if the police did not come and calm the noisy neighbors.



But just a year ago, it was considered the norm for someone to smear excrement on a neighbor’s door, as, for example, in Moscow, where a man thus called on his neighbor to “be a man.” And the reason was smoking on the landing.



And now, in 2021, they are either planting bombs or shooting from the trauma center for making too noisy repairs to elevators, as happened in early November in the Moscow region.

One gets the impression that it is better not to get involved with neighbors at all, since the behavior and adequacy of some raise questions. You never know what's on their mind.

 











In search of some kind of “truth” of their own, people are increasingly going beyond the bounds of reason.



And, apparently, it’s time to get used to it, since the nervousness caused by the pandemic and its attendant problems can no longer be eradicated.
