7 interesting details in the movie "Back to the Future 3" (8 photos)
Back to the Future has a lot of clever moments and unforgettable subtext, but there are also little things in it that eluded you if you watched it as a child.
Shirt
In Part 3, Doc wears a bandana over his face, which is actually made from his shirt from Part 2. It is noteworthy that almost no one could see this detail immediately after the premiere due to the low quality of the picture, and only years later familiar patterns appeared on the bandana.
Trousers
After losing consciousness, Marty finds himself at his grandparents' house. As soon as the hero wakes up, he checks to see if his pants are in place. This is a reference to the first film, in which Marty went to his mother's house, where she took off his pants before putting him to bed.
Time
The time on the clock was not chosen by chance. 08:08 is a reference to the number 88 - this is the speed the DeLorean must reach to travel through time.
Operator
In one scene, Marty and Doc are photographed by a man with a mustache. This character was played by Dean Cundey, who was the director of photography for the Back to the Future threequel. He also worked on the films "Halloween," "The Thing," "Jurassic Park" and "Garfield."
Gang
The same people remain in certain places over time. In 1985, Marty meets Douglas Needles' gang. His gang consists of people who were in Biff's gangs at various times. Ricky Dean Logan, sitting in a car, was in the gang in 2015, JJ Cohen, in the background, was in 1955, and Christopher Wynn was a gang member in the third part.
Actors
When Marty enters the saloon, he sees three elderly men who were not played by ordinary actors. These are Dub Taylor, Pat Buttram and Harry Carey Jr., who were quite famous Western stars. They did not take Hollywood by storm with the quality of their films, like Clint Eastwood, but their quantity was truly impressive.
Michael Winslow
You may know Michael Winslow from the Police Academy film series. At the same time, he is known not only for this comedy, but also for the fact that he can imitate various sounds and create new ones using only his mouth. The sound we hear during Marty's moonwalk was created by Michael. Also in the credits was Michael Jackson, who was thanked for not suing the filmmakers for showing the moonwalk.
