10 best comic book adaptations that are not Marvel or DC (11 photos)
I suggest you remember a few good films, which were also based on comic books, but different ones, without the usual Thors and Jokers. And which are not intertwined into an endless franchise.
With the popularity of The Avengers, the Marvel Cinematic Universe in general, and the Batman or Superman films, we've forgotten two things about comic book adaptations: first, they're not always superhero movies; secondly, they do not always belong to the mega-popular Marvel and DC.
