In China, like in all countries of the world, there are special dishes that you don’t really want to see or try.

Goose colon
The large intestine is cut out of the bird and fried.
When cooking, wash, boil, and then stew in a creamy sauce. The result is a soft, tender, juicy dish.
Wine with a snake
Rice wine is poured into a bottle with a poisonous snake... that's it. This potion is then infused and subsequently consumed in extremely small portions for health purposes. The bottle is also decorated with various roots, herbs, even scorpions or birds.

The delicacy is served in a plate, sliced or whole. Moreover, you can buy it in almost any establishment in the country, except, perhaps, ordinary grocery stores.
It doesn’t look very beautiful, of course, and the taste is so-so, but it’s nutritious.
The delicacy is rich in animal protein. It is necessary for building muscles and strengthening the skeleton. But you should not get carried away with actively eating pork or beef brains - they contain a large amount of cholesterol, which has a bad effect on the cardiovascular system.
Alcoholic shrimp
Crustacean creatures are placed in alcohol (pickled), where they drink the hell out of themselves and, when served, are unable to resist being peeled.
