A drone allows you to see any landmark from a bird's eye view. I invite you to see several famous places from around the world through the eyes of drones.
Mont Saint Michel
Famous French fortified island in the morning fog.
Lotus Temple
Located in Delhi, India, the temple is famous for its shape like a closed flower. It’s curious, but everyone is welcome in this temple, regardless of religious beliefs.
Abandoned college
The photo, taken in Abkhazia, has a tragic history: in the 1990s, many residents were expelled from their homes and were persecuted. Now no one needs this abandoned and atmospheric place, but it reminds residents of the surrounding area of that difficult time.
Red ribbon
The snow-white mountains of Switzerland are so monochrome that the red train resembles a bright satin ribbon flying through the mountains.
Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood
Thanks to the drone, the most recognizable St. Petersburg cathedral appears in a new image.
Sunrise in Bagan
The author of the photo was on vacation in Myanmar when he noticed hot air balloons floating in the sky early in the morning. Thanks to the drone, two majestic temples fit into the frame. By the way, there are more than 2000 of them in the huge valley!
Roman Coliseum
Did you know that this is one of the buildings that tourists photograph most often? Among the colossal number of shots, the drone shot stands out for its originality.
Star Fort Bourtange
This fortress was built back in 1593 to protect the Dutch city of Groningen from Germany, but now it is a museum, the view of which is especially good from above.
Tatahatso Point
This is one of the most popular spots in the Grand Canyon, but in the past people have gone up in helicopters to get a shot like this. Nowadays everything has become much easier using drones.
Novo Mesto
This is a small town in Slovenia, near the Croatian border.
Icelandic waterfall
Village of Santa Maddalena
A colorful Italian village nestled in green hills.
Fishing in the waters of Inle
The freshwater Inle Lake is located in Myanmar, and the Intha people live on its vast shores. Their main occupation is fishing. People are so good at it that they can remove nets with their hands and at the same time row in the water with their feet.
Long trip
Although this photo is not a landmark, we could not ignore it. A Swedish photographer, while riding in the mountains, took panoramic photographs from a drone, which he “stitched” together. This is how this frame was born - from 20 small fragments. It shows in the best possible way how big our world is.
Wooden dragon
This incredible photo was also taken from a drone, but the author did not indicate where this dragon is and how to find it.
