Catwoman (Batman Returns)



And I would like to start with the inimitable Michelle Pfeiffer, who simply amazingly embodied the role of Catwoman in the film “Batman Returns”. Yes, of course, she is not exactly a villain, but rather an anti-hero, but I still think that she deserves a place on this list.

Initially, Annette Bening was intended for this role, but she had to refuse due to pregnancy. Also, there were many other candidates for this role, including Demi Moore, Jodie Foster, Brooke Shields, Nicole Kidman (she will play in the next film) and even Madonna. But in the end, Burton gave preference to Michelle Pfeiffer, since in his opinion she was the best at portraying Selina and Catwoman at the same time.

Santanico Pandemonium (From Dusk Till Dawn)



One of the most striking moments in the film “From Dusk Till Dawn” can confidently be called the appearance of the charming Salma Hayek in the role of Santanico Pandemonium with a python around her neck. Mystic (real name Raven Darkholme) is one of Magneto's main assistants. She is able to transform into any person, thanks to which she can hide her true appearance.



She is deadly, dangerous, flexible, sexy, charming and capable of knocking out several healthy men without any effort. Until the very end, she was devoted to her boss Magneto, and she also lost her abilities when she covered him with herself, receiving a dose of the ability-deprivation serum.

The role of Mystique in the first three films was played by fashion model Rebecca Romijn, after which her career as an actress took off. She also made a brief appearance in X-Men: First Class, playing the woman that Jennifer Lawrence's new Mystique turns into.
