Easter eggs in cars that you probably didn't know about (13 photos)
Automakers, or rather designers, sometimes leave hidden messages for car owners. These secret "hellos" can be very entertaining, and they will take some work to find!
Often, car designers, working on the next model, leave a secret “message” in it - a small icon or an inconspicuous detail that is never immediately detected.
By the way, these “secrets” are not found in all cars, but how much joy and surprise the owner experiences when he finds a kind of “hello” from the designer in his car! For example, Volvo designer Thomas Ingenlath hid a spider on the storage compartment lid of the luxury XC90 SUV. It was a gift for his daughter.
Volvo 850
There were also completely hidden “messages” in the Volvo car, which were almost impossible to detect. So, a whole herd of ... moose was hidden on the Volvo 850 dashboard circuit board. It’s difficult to say what exactly these animals meant: whether it was a reference to the fact that there really are a lot of moose in the homeland of this brand, or a reference to the safety of this model, because not every car can withstand a collision with an elk.
Jeep Renegade
And this is a surprise for the owners of the Jeep Renegade compact crossover - a stylized military mini-Willis rides in the black frame of the windshield. And its owners have probably already seen the topographic map of the Mojave Desert (Utah), which the designers depicted on the rug in the niche under the center console.
Jeep Renegade
Of course, this car is not a very popular crossover in Russia, but still it is found here. It will be all the more pleasant for its owners to learn about these interesting details (unless, of course, they have had time to examine their car inside and out).

There’s also a spider living under the gas tank flap of the Jeep Renegade - it looks like the designer got plenty creative while working on this crossover.
Opel Corsa
Niels Loeb, Opel designer, hid a small shark in some car models. Nils is half-Australian, and the menacing sea creature serves as a nod to his origins.
Opel Crossland X
The shark can be seen in the Opel Corsa, Zafira Tourer or Adam. It is also available in the modern line, for example, in the Opel Crossland X crossover.
Chevrolet Orlando
Perhaps the owners of some Chevrolet models, which, unfortunately, left our market almost entirely along with Opel, do not know, but their cars also have small “secrets”. More practical than funny.
Chevrolet Malibu
So, for example, in a Chevrolet Orlando or Malibu, under the radio there is a secret niche with a USB connector inside. If suddenly someone didn’t know, then you can use it.
There are design surprises in Jaguar cars too. So in the E-Pace, along the black border of the windshield, a stylized predator with its cub is depicted. And at the bottom of the storage compartment located on the center console, you can see the trim, the pattern of which resembles the skin of a real predator.
An "Easter" surprise - that's what these hidden messages are called - is also in the Renault ZOE electric car. The rear door handles, which are made in the form of triangles in the windows, bear a fingerprint. Thus, the designer of this car, Jean Semeriva, decided to immortalize his person.
