TOP 10 looks like this:

10. 1964 Maserati Mistral 3.5 Spyder sold for €326,876

The Mistral model appeared in 1963 with a body made by Pietro Frua. It debuted in two bodies at once, coupe and spider.

A copy of this model, but with a 3.5-liter engine.

There were only 27 spiders with this engine, this was the third of them. After the factory, he immediately went to the shooting of the film “Giulietta degli Spiriti”. In 1965, it was bought by Sultan Bin Saoud, a member of the Saudi royal family.

It was then sold to Beirut, Lebanon and was damaged during the 1975 civil war.

In 1988, it was taken to Europe and given for restoration. The last one was in 2014, after which the car drove only 500 km.

Nowadays the cars have Weber carburetors, but the original Lucas injection system is included.

9. 1971 Ferrari Dino 246 GT sold for €356,500

A small Ferrari with an engine designed by Ferrari specialists and assembled at the FIAT factories. This symbiosis appeared due to the new rules of Formula 2, according to which the cars must have engines produced in a volume of at least 500 units per year. Ferrari could only achieve such a volume together with a mass car manufacturer, then it chose and fell on FIAT.

The Ferrari debuted in 1967 with a small 2.0-liter V6 engine. The Pininfarina studio was responsible for the design. The result was a controversial model; many did not recognize it as a Ferrari. Even the advertising of that time stated: “Small, chic and safe... almost a Ferrari.”

Since 1969, they began to be produced with a 2.4-liter engine producing 195 hp.

A total of 2,487 coupes and 1,274 spiders were produced.

This one was sold new in Italy in Azzuro with Pelle Nera interior. Only 90 cars were produced in this combination.

In 1994 he moved to the USA, but in 1995 he returned to Europe and was sold at Bonhams for $64,108. Bought it as a gift for my daughter's birthday.

In 2008, the car received Ferrari Classiche certification.

8. 1957 AC Ace Bristol (No. BEX 269) sold for €356,500

AC Cars launched production of its legendary model in 1954.

The prototype for it was the sports car in which the racer Tojeiro performed.

The production car retained the tubular frame and body in the style of the Ferrari 166. The engine was installed with the old one. The 2.0-liter Weller six with an overhead camshaft was produced from 1919 and produced a maximum of 100 hp.

To improve the performance of the model, from 1956 they began to install a 2.0-liter “six” from Bristol with a power of 130 hp. It was essentially the engine from the pre-war BMW 328 with a new cylinder head designed by Rudolf Schleicher. The maximum speed increased to 195 km/h.

AC Ace cars have won many different competitions with this engine. In 1959, one of them took first place in its class and 7th place overall at the legendary Le Mans race.

The car became an absolute legend after installing a V8 engine from Ford on it.

A total of 223 examples were produced with the Weller engine, 463 with the Bristol engine and a further 37 with the Ford Zephyr engine. They cost the same as two MGAs and were more expensive than a Jaguar XK140.

This car was sold in the USA. In 2001 it was sold to a collector from Belgium. There it was restored.

7. 1968 Maserati Mistral Spyder sold for €391,000

Another copy of this model.

Under the hood at the beginning there were 3.7-liter and 3.5-liter engines, and since 1966 - 4.0-liter. The base car had a 5-speed gearbox, disc brakes and a fuel injection system. In the list of additional Options included automatic transmission, air conditioning and limited slip differential.

With a 4.0-liter engine, cars accelerated to “hundreds” in 6 seconds. The maximum speed was 240 km/h.

828 coupes and 125 spiders were built.

Only 37 Spiders were produced with the 4.0-liter engine. One of them was sold.

It left the factory in Azzura Vincennes with a Senape leather interior.

Everything in the car is original, but the injection system has not survived, now the engine has Weber carburetors.

6. 1970 Maserati Ghibli sold for €494,500

The model debuted in 1966 at the Turin Motor Show. She surprised the audience with her appearance from maestro Giorgetto Giugiaro and her characteristics. With a top speed of 250 km/h, it became one of the fastest production cars of its time.

In 1970, an option appeared with a 4.9-liter engine producing 335 hp.

Ghibli production ceased in 1973, with 1,149 coupes and 125 Spyders built. Of these, only eight were made in right-hand drive for the UK.

This example, like most cars of this model, was sold in the USA. It was finished in Bianco Polo Park with black leather interior.

In 1996 he returned to Europe.

5. 2005 Ferrari 575 Superamerica sold for €529,000

An open version of the Ferrari 575 Maranello was presented at the Los Angeles Auto Show in 2005.

The main difference is the transparent L-shaped glass roof with a carbon body, developed by Fiorovanti, which electrically rotates 180 degrees and rests on the trunk lid. And the rear vertical window, which protects the interior from turbulent turbulence, then automatically returns to its original raised position. It has five more options for transparency levels, which can be adjusted at the touch of a button from inside the cabin.

To compensate for the increased weight, the 5.7-liter V12 was boosted and the power was increased from 515 to 540 hp. Thanks to this, the maximum speed (320 km/h) and acceleration to “hundreds” (4.2 s) remained the same as the coupe.

As a transmission, by default, the Ferrari 575 Superamerica was equipped with an F1 robotic gearbox with the ability to change gears using buttons on the steering wheel, but, at the request of the client, the car could be equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission, as well as a special GTC package, which used a six-piston brake Brembo system with carbon-ceramic brake discs.

A total of 559 copies of this model were produced and all of them were sold out even before the world premiere.

This example is a little different from the others. It has a black dashboard background (instead of yellow-red), carbon fiber trunk trim (as on the first example shown in Geneva, they went into production with felt upholstery), carbon fiber parts in the cabin, a fuel tank cover in body color (others have aluminum ), a set of bags from Schedoni

It was sold in Italy, but was quickly resold to the UK. There he was fitted with headlights and a dashboard that complied with UK laws; the originals are included.

4. 1961 Ferrari 250 GTE 2+2 sold for €592,250

The first “mass” (954 copies) 4-seater model of the company. Then they cost from $11,500.

The sold car left the factory in Bianco color (12435 MM) with a leather interior in Pelle Nera color (VM 8500).

The first restoration took place in 2005. The bodywork and mechanics were handled by Autofficina Omega di Corrado Patella & Figlio. The salon was restored at Tappezzeria Luppi.

Following the completion of the restoration, the car received Ferrari Classiche certification in June 2009 and has only driven approximately 1,500 km since then.

3. 1968 Ferrari 365 GTC sold for €655,500

Introduced at the Geneva Motor Show in March 1969, the 365 GTC replaced the aging 330 GTC.

Externally, the GTC version differed from the “simple” 365s only in the ventilation holes on the hood. Because under the hood there was not a 4.0-liter, but a 4.4-liter V12 with three Weber carburetors with a power of 320 hp, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.

Sound insulation was improved in the cabin, power windows and a heated rear window were installed, and air conditioning was optional.

Due to stricter safety and emissions laws in the US, production had to cease. A total of 168 examples were produced, of which 22 had right-hand drive.

This car was sold in Verona in Blu Caraccalla with Bianco Molitan leather interior. All these years he served one family. Mileage 54,000 km.

The model, released in honor of the company's 40th anniversary, is now a collector's dream. The Ferrari F40 was the first road-legally produced car to break the 320 km/h (200 mph) barrier. Design by Leonardo Fioravanti.

It was planned to produce only 400 copies, but due to wild demand, after its debut at the 1987 Frankfurt Motor Show, the number grew to 1,315 copies. 213 copies were produced for the US market; they came with air conditioning and catalytic converters as standard.

The car has been in the same hands all its life. It was used until 1992, then it was stored in a garage. Mileage 1790 km.

The weight of the car was reduced by 150 kilograms by replacing some aluminum panels with carbon-Kevlar ones.

Under the hood is a 3.5-liter V12 with 611 hp. and 650 Nm of torque. Acceleration to “hundreds” in 3.2 seconds. Maximum speed is 350 km/h.

Only 30 copies were produced.
