Sarah Michelle Gellar was born on April 14, 1977 in New York City into a Jewish family. When the girl was four years old, she was accidentally noticed in a restaurant by an agent from the world of show business, and soon Sarah was invited to her first casting. That’s how she ended up in the TV movie “An Invasion of Privacy,” which became her debut in feature films.



In addition, at the same age, Gellar appeared in a commercial for Burger King, in which she spoke unflatteringly about the chain's main competitor, McDonald's. As a result, the latter filed a lawsuit, and the girl was banned from visiting the most popular fast food in the world.
