How to distinguish Korean, Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese women from each other (25 photos)
You can often meet people who, at the first glance at a person of Asian appearance, cannot understand what nation he belongs to. The author tried to figure out who is and who using the example of girls from several Asian countries.
Not every person, at the first glance at a representative of one or another Asian people, will be able to distinguish a Japanese from a Chinese, or a Korean from a Vietnamese, and this is normal! Because of this, you don’t need to consider yourself a bad person who doesn’t understand the intricacies of Asian appearance.
If you don’t communicate with Koreans, Chinese and Japanese every day, then determining who is who the first time is really difficult, because, in fact, they all have a characteristic eye shape, short stature and special habits characteristic exclusively of Asians.
By the way, on the other side the situation is similar, and for the Chinese, Japanese, Koreans and Vietnamese, we, the owners of Slavic appearance, also all look the same. The same principles apply to Europeans and Americans...
However, you must agree, how great it would be to learn to accurately determine who is and who, so that when visiting a particular Asian country, you can immediately distinguish the Chinese from the Koreans, and the Japanese from the Vietnamese! I agree, it’s not the most in demand, but it’s a very useful and entertaining skill, so...they suggest trying it on the example of Asian girls.
Let's start with the Koreans. Traditionally, Korean girls have flat faces and high, square cheekbones. Their nose is usually wide, but they diligently correct this natural miscalculation with the help of rhinoplasty and all kinds of devices.
In general, it is quite difficult to describe the typical appearance of modern Korean women, since the girls of the country of morning freshness are literally obsessed with plastic surgery. Having barely reached adulthood (and sometimes even earlier with the permission of their parents), Korean women change almost everything possible in their appearance, because they are literally obsessed with beauty and the desire to achieve some kind of mythical perfection.
According to statistics, about 80% of adult Korean women and Koreans have consulted a plastic surgeon at least once in their lives in order to change something in their appearance. Not for medical reasons, but... just for the sake of whim!
Moreover, many parents in South Korea (and in this context we are only considering South Korea) consider plastic surgery an excellent gift for graduation or, as I mentioned above, for coming of age. So, if on your life path one day you meet an Asian woman with a deliberately doll-like appearance, know that this is most likely a resident of South Korea.
The condition of their skin is of great importance to all Korean women, so if it looks unhealthy, or acne and other imperfections appear on it, this is considered a sign of bad taste. Tattoos on a woman's body, by the way, are also considered acne and are not welcome in South Korea.
Korean women almost always have long hair and any color except black, since black is their natural color. And, as we have already found out, everything natural and original is alien to most Korean women...
Next on the list are Chinese women. The faces of Chinese women, as a rule, are wide, with high cheekbones, and their noses often seem to be slightly flattened. In addition, residents of the Celestial Empire have dark skin, sometimes with a yellowish tint.
In general, it should be noted that, unlike Korean women who are obsessed with their own appearance, Chinese women do not like to take care of themselves too much, so on the streets of Chinese cities, in broad daylight, you can easily meet a girl or woman dressed in wrinkled, dirty or even homemade clothes .
And, by the way, since we’ve already touched on the wardrobe of Chinese women, it’s worth saying that the principle “from one extreme to another” works here: a Chinese girl looks like either a station homeless person or a fairy with an abundance of sparkles and bright colors. Chinese women also experiment a lot with hair color, dyeing it in absolutely incredible colors, and with makeup.
Chinese girls and women also use special stickers to make themselves “European eyelids” and thereby slightly correct the shape of their eyes.
“Before” and “after” applying eyelid stickers
Typical Chinese women are usually short in stature and have a thin build, but recently there has been a definite trend toward obesity in China. Therefore, if in front of you is a thin Asian woman, it is not at all necessary that she is Chinese.
In addition, girls from the Middle Kingdom are distinguished by a very emotional and unrestrained manner of conducting dialogue, while actively gesturing with their hands. Chinese women are generally very impulsive, and during even a completely calm conversation they can easily start shouting. Without any malice, but just out of habit...
But residents of the Land of the Rising Sun, unlike the same Chinese women, have a more fragile physique and tall stature. At the same time, they have a fairly large head and an elongated oval face, and their eyes, it must be said, seem to be open wider, and sometimes it even seems that they are located slightly bulging.
However, a distinctive feature of all Japanese women is their nose - straight, protruding, it is never flattened. Japanese women have lighter skin than other Asian women, but this does not stop them from using all sorts of means to make it even whiter.
Like Koreans, Japanese women are very sensitive to their appearance and devote a lot of time to caring for themselves. The Japanese, in principle, are obsessed with cleanliness, so in a public place or even on the street it is quite difficult to meet a girl or woman with, say, dirty hair or wrinkled clothes. Most Japanese women love discreet and sophisticated makeup, and they choose the appropriate wardrobe - stylish, unpretentious and always with a “speaking” brand.
But this concerns adult Japanese women, but young people in Japan remain young people with their commitment to bright colors, unusual outfits and a boundless desire to be like their favorite anime character. And no one knows where, but recently young Japanese girls have developed the habit of placing their feet with their toes inward when walking, which makes their gait clubfooted. For some reason, this trend is considered very cute and touching among Japanese youth!
Unlike Chinese women, girls from Japan speak quietly, clearly and calmly, accompanying their speech with symbolic bows. This is probably due to the fact that in Japan it is generally not customary to make noise in public places. In addition, the Japanese language itself sounds very monotonous and has virtually no intonation.
However, it is not Japanese women, and certainly not Chinese women, who are considered the most beautiful Asian women. This title went to Vietnamese women... and no, these are not slippers, but girls and women living in Vietnam. Their beauty is even compared to the beauty of Korean women if they refused plastic surgery. Despite their natural slenderness and fragility, Vietnamese women often have very appetizing shapes.
And in order to protect their skin from the sun, Vietnamese young ladies often decide to take radical measures, and even in the summer heat they wrap themselves in closed clothes. They even have special sun jackets that come with face masks. The jackets are equipped with a hood and very long sleeves that completely hide the girl's arms. Masks are worn not only by women, but also by men, who believe that in this way they protect their respiratory tract from dirty air.
The favorite clothing of many Vietnamese women is... no, not sun jackets, but pajamas, which they wear everywhere, and even to work. But residents of large Vietnamese cities dress up every day as if they were going to a nightclub or some holiday. Tight dresses, short skirts and shorts, high heels and bright makeup are the favorite daily looks of most Vietnamese girls. ![]()
