Every year there are many TV series that you just want to watch. But which ones are really worth it? 
The BBC decided to conduct its own research and interviewed 206 experts from 43 countries. Each expert suggested 10 TV series that he or she considered the best, released before 2000.
The project that the expert put first on the list was awarded 10 points, the second - 9, and so on. Then the sum of points that the series received from all the experts was calculated, and on the basis of this, a final list of the 100 best projects that began to be released in the 21st century was compiled.
