In the late 90s, the series shook the whole world, and not only in a good way. Despite the large number of loyal fans, the franchise also has many “haters”. And this is due to the independence of the series. South Park satirized various events and people without avoiding ambiguous themes. In the early 90s, “Mom’s Jeans” were popular in the USA. Their distinctive feature is a high waist, which hid figure flaws. The most fashionable thing was if you tucked a T-shirt into them. They got this name because they were popular with older women, and young people ridiculed their fashion. But now high waist and such jeans have returned to everyday life, and all women wear them.
