Drinking fresh vegetables with milk can cause bloating and diarrhea. Typically, this reaction of the body is due to the initial stage of lactose deficiency. Lactase is an enzyme necessary for the breakdown of milk sugar. Its deficiency is observed in almost every second adult. Naturally, we are talking about eating raw vegetables. If a vegetable dish has been heat-treated, then you can drink milk after it.
Baked goods and drinks
Although the combination of a glass of milk and a bun is considered classic, it is not particularly beneficial for the simple reason that bread, as well as legumes, cereals and nuts, interfere with the absorption of calcium. Therefore, if the goal is to strengthen bone tissue, then it is better to consume dairy products separately from bread or cereals.
As for the classic combination of milk with tea or coffee, it is still better to drink them separately, since milk slows down the absorption of antioxidants present in tea infusion and coffee. And caffeine interferes with the absorption of calcium.
