Nobody bothers you to wake up not an hour, but two before going to work and run a few laps around the house. Of course, in the warm season, otherwise, out of habit, you can get pneumonia.



If it’s difficult to get up early, then you can simply do basic exercises: squat, get out of bed, stretch, do push-ups. It also helps with muscle aches.



You can spend your lunch break not smoking and talking with colleagues, but having a quick snack and a walk around the office; the street air will help you put your head in order and take a break from monotonous activities.





Well, or some people are such heroes that instead of rushing home after the office, they go to the gym for an hour or two and feel great.



Sometimes the employer himself pushes the team towards a healthy lifestyle by placing sports equipment on the territory of the enterprise or office - for example, a horizontal bar on which you can do pull-ups at any time or simply hang, relaxing your back.



This option is ideal, the main thing is not to start feeling embarrassed in front of your colleagues.

Also, if your work is located close to home, you can get to it by bicycle or on foot instead of public transport. This will also be beneficial for the body and relieve fatigue.





Well, if the distance is still long, no one bothers you to take a folding scooter with you. The main thing is to purchase a special case for it so as not to disturb other passengers on public transport.



When showing any activity, do not forget about a healthy diet, otherwise all of the above methods simply do not make any sense.
