What school teachers don't face! Sometimes they have to “confiscate” the strangest, funniest, and sometimes frightening objects from students. Teachers and students on the Reddit forum shared several such stories.

"I found a bottle of vodka hidden in the girls' restroom by 7th grade girls. Everyone who came back from the restroom was drunk, and I decided to check what was wrong."

“And I found napalm, or homemade thickened gasoline, which schoolchildren loved to sniff. They carried it in their bags. It took a long time to get rid of the smell.”

"A gorilla mask. One student put it on when I turned to the board. At first I laughed, then I confiscated it until my parents took it away."

“A crossbow was confiscated from a 17-year-old student at the boarding school where I used to work. The same boy also liked to bring pheasants to school that he had killed on his father’s estate and pluck them in the shower room...”

“My mother worked as a primary school teacher all her life. She told about a 10-year-old student who was bullied by a boy. The girl’s father gave her a sawed-off shotgun to scare the bully. She brought it to school and took it out. The boy never approached her again.”

“My mother worked as a primary school teacher all her life. She told about a 10-year-old student who was bullied by a boy. The girl’s dad gave her a sawed-off shotgun to scare the bully. She brought it to school. That boy never came near again.”

"I'm partially deaf, and one day my music teacher took my hearing aid and tried to prove that it was an earphone. Then he yelled at me in front of the whole class for playing out of tune - but I played as I heard."

“And I once saw a junior high school student with a huge black dildo. She said that she found it in the school garden. I was extremely confused by this situation.”

“A junior high student once brought in a couple of cans of hard seltzer (an alcoholic drink). According to him, his mother told him that it would be nice to have a can at the end of a hard day.”

“Once I had to take the phone from a student when Siri turned on and said: “What do you want from me, bitch?”

"I teach preschoolers. I once had to convince a 6-year-old boy that I should take his mother's gold ring and give it to her. He wanted to give it to a girl he liked."

“I once found a dead squirrel on a student’s property.”

“I had to take away antibacterial hand gel from one student. He tried to drink it.”

“Once we organized a presentation about relatives, and one student brought an antique pistol. At the same time, he was a worker.”

“The cafeteria worker came up to me and said that one of my students from the second grade tried to pay for something with large bills, and in total she had $1,000. It turned out that the girl took it from her mother.”

“Schoolchildren brought live bees in bags and sold them to others. Some even released them in the classroom. We had to confiscate it all and track it down.”

“The most unusual find was a large aquarium fish in a vase while checking the cabinets. The poor one could barely fit into the vase.”

“We once seized a stun gun from a student, disguised as a flashlight.”

"A 9-year-old student brought a porn tape to class to show the boys."

“A first-grader brought real bullets to school. We were all scared. We finally had to search to find a gun... But all we got away with were bullets.”

“When I was in the third grade, the teacher came up to me and took away the game cards because I allegedly played a lot during recess. She said that she would not return them to me until the sixth grade.”

“My classmate threw raw eggs on the floor right in the classroom - without the teacher noticing him. The teacher did not notice the first two throws, but caught him red-handed on the third. They “confiscated” an entire box of eggs from him.”

“I saw the neck of a broken beer bottle on a first-grader. I was shocked because he was an exemplary boy in the class... As it turned out later, another boy asked him to bring a “weapon” and hide it later in the sand.”

"An 8-year-old student found a homemade shiv made from a Popsicle stick and a straw. He said he would use it on his pets... I dread to think who will grow out of it!"
