Technology is moving forward by leaps and bounds, and many cooking devices are changing, some are being replaced by others. But there are things made to last. Even though they are several decades old, they work great.

It was found in an American second-hand store Goodwill and cost no more than a dollar. The kit included parts for mounting. According to the author, the knife works great and holds the jar and lid securely once opened.
