People fight for their rights in different ways. A simple and proven method is a strike. But it can also be very unusual.
There is a term “Italian strike” - this is when employees begin to work strictly according to their job description. And the company stops because working like this becomes unbearable. Well, the management cannot show them anything.
This method was tested in Sweden, in the town of Vagerydd. There, bus drivers were prohibited from going to work in shorts and were told the permitted dress code was trousers, a skirt, a shirt and a jacket. And the next day all the drivers went out to work in skirts.
In 1973, astronauts went on strike at the American space station Skylab. They demanded that the leadership on Earth reduce the amount of work and cut off communications for 24 hours. A day later it resumed and all the wishes of the astronauts were taken into account.
