When they try to somehow modify well-known products, of course GMOs do not count, something amazing happens. In this post you will see absolutely incredible inventions of scientists that will amaze even the most sophisticated gourmets.

1. Clear coffee

An “invention” unusual for modern society was presented to the world by brothers from Slovakia. Many are already interested and want to try colorless coffee. According to the manufacturer, the coffee drink is made from high-quality Arabica coffee beans and pure water. The drink does not leave stains on teeth and clothes, but fully conveys its taste.

2. Pink chocolate

The Barry Callebaut company from Switzerland spent several years searching and researching, trying to make natural pink chocolate from pink cocoa beans. The variety grows in different parts of the world, including Ecuador, Brazil and Cote d'Ivoire, but a Swiss company is the first to make pink chocolate out of it, without adding colors or flavors.

3. Black water

This is natural artesian water with a humic mineral complex, thanks to which it naturally acquires a unique black color. Manufacturers claim that it contains useful minerals that cleanse the body of toxins, heavy metals, allergens, bacteria and viruses, improve immunity and supply amino acids to the cells of our body.

4. Blue wine

An entrepreneur from France created a wine called Vindigo. This drink is made from 100% Chardonnay, and to give the alcohol a blue tint, it is passed through a pulp of anthocyanin-rich red Alicante and Mataro grapes grown near the winery in Omodos.

5. White watermelon

The “White Miracle” watermelon variety is an exotic variety, the “ancestors” of which lived in distant South Africa. Nowadays this variety is considered very juicy and sweet. The color of the White Miracle is practically no different from the usual color of watermelons. The peel of the fruit is quite thin, and inside there is snow-white pulp with a refreshing aroma of strawberry and cucumber.

6. Blue strawberry

Internet users are debating the reality of this blue berry, but it really exists. Of course, this unusual variety was obtained with the participation of genetic technologies, introducing the Arctic flounder gene into the berry. But as a result, the berry turned out to be resistant to cold and low temperatures.

7. Glow-in-the-dark donuts

There is a cafe in Sydney called Black Star Pastry where you can try glow-in-the-dark donuts. Their creator is Christopher Te. True, it is not the donuts themselves that glow, but the glaze with which they are covered. The fact is that the chef added vitamin B2 to it, which gives it a glow.

8. Blue beer

This unusual drink is brewed at the Japanese brewery Hokkaido Abashiri Beer. It is made with water from glaciers, to which local flowers and blue algae are added. The drink has a refreshing effect and light taste.

9. 3D printed candies

An unusual printer is installed in one of the shopping centers in Dubai. All you have to do is choose a filling—chocolate, mint, fruit—press a button and print out a candy to your liking.
