Cat owners sometimes receive conflicting information. Some say that cats heal, that is, they feel where it hurts and lie down in that exact place. 
Others say that the cat doesn’t care at all whether the person is tired, wants to sleep or is lying down with a cold - the cat screams early in the morning, like a wind-up, for the owner to get up and feed him. 
How is it really?
Cats can really feel that something is wrong with a person’s body. For example, by a changed smell (which is inaccessible to the human sense of smell) or by a rise in temperature. They just fall on those places where the temperature is higher. 
They can sympathize and worry when a person lies in bed for a long time. And the fact that they bark near the owner does not necessarily mean a requirement to fill the bowl. It’s just that a cat has a limited range of vocal capabilities: it expresses different emotions by meowing.
Cats can understand moods. They understand this by their voice and facial expressions, they feel sadness and a person’s bad mood. They try to console. 
What cats don’t understand is the actual position of a person and the complexity of the situation in which he finds himself. This is if we talk specifically about the social interaction of bipeds. Dogs are more perspicacious in this regard. 
And all because cats are not such social creatures to understand such subtleties. They understand the situation of direct danger. For example, if a person decides to take a bath, the cat will be worried, since the danger of water is known and understood to it. 
But if people wearing identical shoes come to the owner and take him somewhere by the arms, she most likely will not suspect anything is wrong. At least for the next few hours. Cats are solitary creatures; social interaction is not their strong point.
